Why would somebody start a home business on the Internet, you ask? There are many reasons.
Online Auction
Working from home via the Internet, you don't need to stock up on any inventory (unless you choose to start an eBay business, and even then you only need to keep small numbers of items in stock)....You don't need to find or rent any office space...You don't need to dress up in a monkey suit...You don't need to spend a lot of money to be aggravated by a commute...You have extremely low start-up and overhead costs.
Bulgarian Properties
Just think about this: on average, a 1900 square foot retail office with a good location for getting shoppers will cost you about $2100 a month. That's just for your right to have your store there. Now you have to buy lots of inventory and hope you can move it quickly. You have to dress for success...and commute to and from the office...and pay a huge electric bill...and hire employees...and advertise in magazines, in the paper, on public signage...
